Bug in the system. I click on size 30 slim fit and it gives me options but when I click on the individual pant there is no size 30

So I received my Neapolitan Suit today in a Contemporary 36S and it looks great except just feels a bit tight across the shoulders and possibly the upper back. Hard to tell completely.

But I was thinking about sizing up to a 38S Slim but would I be better off sizing up in the contemporary fit?

What brands/size do you typically wear?

Can someone remind me what the hangup w/ the current chinos is? They're on sale at the moment and I'm pretty curious as I'm lacking in chinos but I recall Rick saying they didn't turn out as anticipated - was this specifically for the contemporary fit ones? Did anybody pick these up?

I bought 2 pairs in the summer (navy and coffee). I usually wear the size 32 contemp, but when with a 33 slim because I prefered the slimmer look for a casual pant, and also being 6'2" the 33 is longer by an inch or 2 compared to the 32.

The material is really good and the construction is spot on IMHO.

I find that my navy ones fit a bit tighter than the coffee brown ones. This might be due to the fact that I wore the brown ones almost every day when I got home from work and often on the weekends, so they may have broken in more. The only changes I would possibly make is a slightly longer length (for us taller guys) and maybe a bit more taper below the knee for the contept chinos. Granted, those aren't supposed to fit as slim, so you could just get them modified by your tailor. Overall, amazing value, even if they were $50.

I'm almost always in between a 36S and 38S so that's why I have it rough.

With SuitSupply I am a 36S with the Havana but a 38S with the Lazio. With Eidos I've had both Italian 46s and 48s fit me terribly or well.

Just with the Contemporary 36S I feel like I can't move or reach my hand out too far without it causing an issue. But it fits extremely well in the front, no pulling, falls cleanly. Just see s bit of tightness across the back when looking from the mirror but mostly feel it, like I would have to walk like a robot.

Having a little trouble searching this thread, but what is the closest analog to the SS Lazio? The Contemporary or the Slim fit? I usually have to get the waist taken in a tad on the Lazio.

@spiermackay I've noticed that in the custom shirting section you have a lot less fabric options since the site revamp. (looks great btw) is this just a temporary thing due to the new site or are you guys shrinking you're custom fabric selection? thanks

We're still uploading images. We have to manually pull all the images from the old site and resize them for the new site. It was supposed to be automated, but that didn't work properly, so we have to do it manually. 90% of the fabrics should be up by this weekend.

There are 3 blue shirts in the about our shirts section. Sky blue fine twill, Lt. blue morningside gingham and a blue on blue box check from Monti.

I wonder if it has to do with the sleeve pad in that particular jacket. With a softer construction, the 36S should work, but for most regular suits, the 38S would be the better fit.

Hmm, I really like the design of the suit though. What would you recommend I do? Try another size or do you think it will just be an issue no matter what?
