Faggots and Pease Pudding,Potato Fritters etc. When I went to the Lane it was always a Pint of Prawns from Tubby Isaacs, then take them home and have with a Beer.I remember East Ham Covered Market-used to be a good Leather Stall there(at the end)and a good little Caff, just inside the entrance. The Denmark Arms,The Central,The Green Man,The Rushkin Arms(started off as a Pilgrimage, because the Small Faces used to practice there-when Jimmy Winstone was in the Band). It became a Heavy Metal Pub.Iron Maiden were Regulars there.Earl Of Wakefield and Burnell Arms, have drunk in them. The Cranbrook was where we had a Pint before the Palais.
