What do you all think about overshirts?

I've really come to like them and have several from other makers. Can function sort of like a super casual sport coat. I'd like to see SM come out with some.

on other trousers have you tried contemporary fit? especially this season or last, when the pattern is much wider in the opening than last year and before?
Ah, didn't knew they made them wider. These are the Contemporary cut. I recently bought the Sondrio's, but I need to take them to the tailor to do the cuffs.

Hey guys, I need some sizing advice please! The Slim 38S is too snug around the wait for me but everywhere else fits great. Would you recommend going for Contemporary 38S or sizing up to Slim 40S? I'm worried the arm holes and sleeves will be too big on the Contemporary fit. Or maybe just let it out? I've been told not to let out cotton and linen jackets because the stitch marks don't iron out.

Thank you!

I would let out the waist and increase sleeve length a bit.

My only concern is messing up pattern matching, I'd be curious to see what people would say in the tailor thread.
