I like the patterns, the weight (fills a tweener season need for me), and provides a decent cashmere substitute for me (which I just can't justify the cost of currently). I've also been happy with reports of how it tailors and wears. My fascination with it is that it checks a lot of boxes of what I'm currently looking for, for others, not sure.

This, plus the patterns are great. They're very sportcoat-y, in that they'll never be confused for suits. Which is good, since you wouldn't be able to make pants out of this fabric anyway. You could call it tweener I guess, but it's plenty heavy. You could wear it in the dead of winter in NYC with an overcoat. You could probably wear it most fall days without one.

Yeah, sorry, didn't mean you couldn't wear it in the winter, just meant for how I would use it the most (Fall and Spring, occasionally in Winter).

No. That's the indoor lighting. It's a rich brown, on the lighter side.
