  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

No doc - all custom offerings are in-person in our showroom - do you mean all the fabrics available? There's a set of books that they provide us from Canclini that we have here
Oh, no, sorry. Was thinking more along the stylistic detailings available. I trust y'all on the fabric front far more than I do myself :slayer:

Oh I see, like the different collars or buttons? We don't have a document but we have the collars and cuffs in our showroom - can always do a facetime or zoom if needed

I'm really enjoying the roomy upper portion with a slight taper cut of the 11.11 pants. Are there any other pants with similar proportions you guys can recommend?

I just picked this up:

And sorta think that I'd like to get a sterling silver or damascus buckle for it. Anyone have ideas? Also, @gdl203 - does the belt use snaps or Chicago screws?

I’d have to check tomorrow but I think those are just fixed rivets - neither snaps or screws

I appreciate that. In the description on the Wythe site, there is the statement: "A natural brass buckle is included, but it easily snaps off so that you can replace it with your own favorite buckle." so I was hoping that it would be easy to switch buckles, but I'd appreciate the visual check.

If in fact it snaps off, could you tell me the buckle width for alternative buckles?

They are indeed snaps. Belt is 2cm wide at the buckle - buckle looks like it’s 2.5cm

Thanks! So a 1" buckle will fit perfectly. I like sterling silver buckles, but the softer metal, in larger sizes, deforms more easily, so a smaller, shorter buckle that has some thickness is structurally more sound.
