I'm about to order a pair or 2 of the Y MTO shoes, the scotts most definately, and perhaps the Thomson. I want to double check the sizing, I am generally a 7,5 UK/41,5 EU but in AM I have 8UK, in both Aeris and Argentum soft square, but they are known to run small. I'm guessing a 7,5/41 per Y's sizing, or perhaps even a 7/40 Y sizing?

Second question, is it possible to have the spade soles on other models too?

you are between sizes (Y sizing) so this is very tricky...technically 40Y is close to UK7.25 while 41Y is UK7.75

Scotts will be a great choice! It is by far our most popular design to be honest ? Our lasts runs generally true to size with slightly more generous volume across width and instep (but not by much) so the general recommendation is to take your usual size. My experience with AM is that their lasts generally runs smaller and it is not uncommon for most to size up from their regular sizes though there are exceptions. For personalized sizing recommendations, please feel free to contact us.

Spade soles is certainly possible (and the norm) for most if not all of the models in our MTO catalogue with leather and/or vibram inserts. Full Dainite unfortunately is not possible.
