quick pic of me in the size medium (sized up 1) wine henley ... if you are a skinny asian or have a small chest, sizing up 1 NOT 2 is all that is needed. its very stretchy and this was right out of the vinyl

I may be screwed only sizing up 1 on the henly, that looks incredibly slim for a medium. Time to drink whiskey instead of beer and hit the gym I guess.

yes im a 36/small in pretty much every brand across the board. so i sized up 1 to medium and like i said, it was straight out of the box. once i pulled it on and moved around it loosened up a bit.

if you work out alot/have a bigger chest, sizing up 2 may be necessary as has already been discussed ad naseum
