You’re the man ! Thank you sir.
You're welcome. Let me know if you require more pics or anything else comparison wise.

Some interesting custom options has popped up. All these flannel alternatives from VBC are unique and interesting for different reasons IMO.

I'm not a houndstooth suit type of guy, but that particular fabric looks interesting.

So is the taupe. But mainly made as a pair of trousers for my style.

As for the chalk stripes, I think they would make interesting and unique suits as SBs because of their somewhat less formal nature compared to regular white chalk stripes instead of taupe/brown whicg are usually made as DBs.

Many in England, Charles tyrwhitt, marks and Spencer’s, Magee, most of them really.
Suitsupply does too.
Gagliardi for some models.
Lopez Aragon in Spain does short and extra short standard sizes.

I decided to keep the cavalry twill trousers but I struggle to find an occasion for them. As another user noted, the fabric could easily pass as workwear, but I'll never wear them for actual work- that's what Carhartt dungarees are for. The fabric is essentially casual in appearance but it's also too stiff to be really comfortable. When I want a casual fall/winter trouser, I'm reaching for my moleskins and corduroys. These trousers, sadly, may go unworn until the next time I ride a horse.
