Nice outfit! Are those brown flannel trousers or gray? A little tough to say, depending on the light in your photos.
Thanks. I'm glad you couldn't decide the colour, lol. This is the exact reason I commissioned them. They're brown with a charcoal undertone. One of my favourite pair of trousers.

Lol - even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while! I kept thinking...maybe if I look harder I'll figure this out...

Well-played, sir!!! They look great, and I really like the bold jacket pattern too.

Couple of questions.
Planning on having another suit made here soon. Are there no more cotton fabric options? Also has anyone tried the 4.5” lapel low gorge Neapolitan option yet? Curious what that looks like, sounds interesting. And finally, do they typically do that free full canvas upgrade at the end of the year?

Question for anyone who has ordered a shirt online. How do you determine your shoulder slope?

Anyone owns Ulster in size 34? I would like to get real world measurements as Spier's size table is completely off. My Ulster in size 36 fits like 40

Sportcoats>Custom has disappeared along with all the product entries it once held. I guess that MTO revamp is imminent.

VBC Stone coverts (610 fabric code), @DonRaphael posted a theory a few pages back that these might not be true coverts, his experience is that they behave differently to the 101 fabric code coverts - being the nerd that I am, I was keen to put this to the test as I had some 101’s on order.

Having now received a pair of 101’s I’m struggling feel any tangible difference. They appear to drape the same for me and hold the crease just as well. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Trying to determine why these are labelled as stone and not beige? Do they have more of a brown undertone, or is it more gray? Do you think these would pair well with a brown sports jacket? Thanks!

They‘re a cooler colour temperature than beige, they lean more greyish rather than brown.

Yes they work extremely well with a brown sportcoats in mid to dark shades, I wear them often that way.

Interesting. I debated this with @MrFingers and we both agreed there was indeed a difference. The one you currently have on feels more spongy and cotton like to me than the others. The crease does not seem to set in as deep as with the other pairs I have.
