Looks good, Trousers could maybe do with sizing up? at least the rise to reduce the tightness at the crotch. Also maybe take in the waist a touch to remove some volume?

I used to keep a pretty long beard, but decided to keep it trim as it would cover my tie knot lol

All of this.

I'm sure you have plenty of nice S&M suits now. Next task is upping your shoe game a tad ;)
Haha, but these are so comfy! SuitSupply double monk boots.

I'd like to get some dashing chukka boots tho.

Never tried SS shoes, but considering they are a jack of all trades brand and Blake stitch they are not the best value out there. Personally I can recommend Meermin, Carlos Santos, Carmina, Alden, lof & tung, Crockett &Jones.

I'll be trying S&M shoes in the next batch. I find double monks a shoe in no man's land, in between casual and formal.

Dark brown captoe's or wingtips would be killer with that suit.

Anyone seen the VBC medium gray in person? It almost looks charcoa to me and I'm wondering if it would be as versatile as a true mid gray

TBH, the Minnis, in a recent IRL photo posted here do not look mid-grey. Closer to a light gray, to my eyes.
But because of that, I'm anxious to see them side by side!

Owners of the long sleeve polos: how much do these shrink post wash?

Just received my order of four. I'm 6"2 and around 185lbs and went for size Large. They fit slim now, and I'm just a little worried they will end up being too small after wash.

I'm planning to wash cold and hang dry.
I washed and hung mine to dry, and there was minimal shrinkage.
