Oh i know it. that settlement under the west side of the Burnside bridge is a full on encampment. i've spent quite a lot of time around that city and it's always blown my mind that you can pitch a tent virtually anywhere.Dude, in recent years, it's become pretty crazy. They are very aggressive and in your face and there are parts of the city where you it's impossible to even walk down the sidewalk; there are whole camps and dozens of people just posted up and the only way to get around them is to walk out onto the street.
