realreal has some awesome deals. I just picked up a nanamica jacket for $140

That sounds about right. I found a couple of great deals initially, then got stuck with a backlog of favorites that have to be poorly measured (like three sizes off). I’m hoping they get things together so people can actually take advantage of the deals.

yea but if they actually measure and size **** correctly then it will sell quicker + for more

its like old yoox. the shittier the site is, the better the deals are. I remember people scouring women's rick owens to find mislisted leather jackets for $100.

Does anyone do a lot of high low mixing in summer? I used to to spend a bunch of money on nice tshirts but now I just buy them from Gap - they fit well, are long enough that they don’t shrink unwearably in the wash (hi RRL), the fabric isn’t super delicate (hi John Elliot) and if they get messed up I can just throw them away. I also bought some shorts from Old Navy for the same reason.

I do high/low all the time, but I also saw a guy in a coffee shop in Pittsburgh this weekend in black Patagonia baggies, black destroyed Vans, and a black vintage monster truck tour tank top, and I was so taken by the scumbag appeal that I may never return to the high side of things
