Logging into my account tripped Google Chrome's "Your Password is compromised" warning. No idea why but now I have a bunch of saved passwords to adjust. Huh. Anyone else have that happen?
Responding, but off topic (sorry all):
This happens when your password is on a database Google maintains of ~ 4 billion compromised passwords.

How it can end up there:
- you used a common or obvious password like password1
- someone else came up with the same password; you, or that person, then was involved in a data breach (note that those include famous sites like LinkedIn, and middlemen/brokers/ecosystem players whose leaks can involve billions of people)

You can check all your passwords here: https://haveibeenpwned.com/Passwords
You should in any case check if your emails were involved here: https://haveibeenpwned.com/

Simple low effort habits for ease of mind:
- use a password manager like 1Password to make up, and store, your passwords; Chrome/Firefox will provide this service cross device also.
- let it generate a unique password per site (Chrome also does this by default now, and also I think warns you if you're reusing).
- use [email protected] to create your account (for example, sign up to SF as [email protected])

The first two limit the damage to one breach, the last will helpfully let you know who leaked, or who is selling your email to spammers.

(More effort: passwords are bad security; use 2FA for bank accounts and anything that really matters; use an SSH key and disallow password auth if you have servers. Also, biometric is not safe.)

Question for the Drake's cardigan owners out there. I wear a small in the over shirt. I think I may be somewhere between a size small and medium generally. The over shirt fits, but is not exactly roomy. Would a medium cardigan be too big, or are they a drake's product where sizing up is recommended?

I'd go Medium unless you want a slim fit. I'm usually a medium/ 15 1/2 / 40. I find the medium cardigans on the slim side and the medium overshirt a roomy fit.

I bought the Cotton Sleeveless Cardigan in Cream in both a size 38 and 40, and neither fit. Happy to sell for what I paid.

I also took a chance on the Astorflex Dukem boots (Drakes Crosby) in a 40 and those are a size too big for me. I think they run big. Also happy to sell at cost.

Before I ship some sale items back I figure I'd offer them up here for what I paid. The Guernsey is really killer for the price I just decided I don't need the blue and the ecru.

Yellow Linen Overshirt - SKU: SHI-OS0HSH-B1713-009-M - Size M - $235

Ecru Linen-Merino Summer Guernsey Jumper - SKU: KNI-70LIM-20377-002-40 - Size 40 - $95

Good morning gentlemen. Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.. a cursory search through the 281 pages of this thread was not revealing of my question.

who are the current Crosby moc toe suede shoes by drakes made by? And does anyone with a pair and also knowledge of the quality points of shoes have an opinion on their quality (relative to price point and other makers especially).
ive bought a pair of the dark brown ones, retailing around £350 ($500). Having now received, I’m not quite sure of their quality. They look great.. instantly working with chinos and jeans in an effortless drakes way that I find very appealing, but compared to say my Crockett chukkas, they feel a little flimsy. Possibly due to the Rubber soles?
Be curious to get on of the many shoe guys on here’s take. At that price I’d be gutted if they aged badly, quickly.

I believe they've always been made by Astorflex. From what I've heard, they make these to a higher standard than the general Astorflex line. I can almost guarantee that they'll age just fine. I have a pair of the Astorflex Greenflex that I've worn all day in the rain, took muddy hikes in, and have just worn a ton over the past 3 years and they still look and feel fantastic - so the Crosby's should at least have the same expectation.

yeah I guess for the cost of the Crosby boots I'm hoping that they're not gonna get trashed in a few years.

Ok update actually...
So just found basically the same as drakes.. At £145....we’ll over half the price... not thrilled at that...? Hope they really are made better..

really really hope I just haven’t been made a total fool out of here paying £200 more for the same shoe.
