Is it just me or do Cavour suits look kind of crap?

Suitsupply does marketing better than anyone really, but I think that's part of what you are paying for to a degree.

High quality materials and construction notwithstanding, their aesthetic is quite pedestrian.
It might just be the photos, but to me they look like shapeless blobs. That's a hard pass.
