To me they look frumpy.

I thought so too, but bought navy and brown ones when they were on sale, like $16-20 each. They're trim enough (I'm 6'0, 190-195) in an XXL to drape well and not be super baggy at the waist. My concern was boxiness, but they definitely avoid that.

I'd love to see an olive green like the current SS one, also maybe a rust. Both would be great for autumn/winter wear.

I usually am between a 38/40 and had bought a medium in light grey. Felt it was tight along the side of the chest/armpit area post-wash but otherwise fit fairly well. I wear a 15.5 35 so the longer sleeve length was a blessing. Did not notice any significant shrinkage anywhere else.

Nothing noticeable in the sleeves? I’m same shirt size and usually wear a 38L. The short sleeve iterations are great fits but I’m worried about the sleeves on the LS. Is it long enough to still toss a jacket over and show some cuff?

No shrinking in the sleeves for me. Pretty much sits where my shirts do if not a touch longer (possibly due to stretching due to wear?).

Bummer, wearing last year's brown linen slacks from last year for the first time and just noticed this on the outseam. Easy fix by the alterationist, but walking around for the rest of the day hoping it doesn't open too much more. Also noticed the crease on my left leg is falling weirdly, pointing to 10 o'clock instead of 12. Will check to see if it's just a press issue or more when I have it off tonight, but the outseam seems to also fall too far forward.

I have the same thing with my corduroy trousers from fall. Solid enough that i wore them several times without it opening further, but definitely an oversight by QC

Sale got me again. Light grey houndstooth jacket ordered. Not exactly sure how i'll wear it ( concerned about what pants it will go with), but it looks good in pictures so I needed to check it out.

I reckon white, cream, stone, light tan trousers would all be good, as well as denimish/indigo blues and perhaps a sky blue. I've never been a huge fan of grey and brown together but I'm sure there are counterexamples that I wouldn't argue with.
