Its almost a joke now. They post something new that I like. I go to the site and check 46 Contemporary and guess what. Sold out? its like they order One. Based ont ne resale section the majoprity of S&M clients are on the smaller size range 38-40.
How about some love for us 46ers? Maybe order 2 next time
At least you’re not a 47

Which color of the new flannel dress trousers would the most versatile? I've read that mid grey is typically the most adaptable but it looks like the mid grey from Di Fabio is a lighter shade of gray than the mid grey from, for example, Fox Flannel. In comparing the two, Fox's mid grey actually looks closer to Di Fabio's medium grey. Would the mid grey from S&M still be the most versatile for my first pair of flannel trousers even though it's on the lighter side or should I opt for the medium grey? Thanks!

Lighter is almost always more versatile. Unless you have very light colored jackets, lighter grey is usually the best choice. Personally I have some medium/dark shades for jackets, and the mid grey can be too little contrast sometimes.

Any IRL picks of this one? Does the collar stand up nicely? Thanks!
Both @masernaut and @Burzan have provided pics of it on here. I have it as well and can confirm that the collar does stay up.

Is there anyone here that has placed an MTM shirt, oxford cloth, with no interlining in the collar? How did it turn out?

By using the exceedingly lame and insulting excuse of alleged customer confusion, they are, at the very least, hiding their real reasons for not reporting fabric weights.

Rick starting that IG conversation off with "Why?" is a dead giveaway. Why? wdym why? Why shouldn't I know the details that go into the product I'm about to pour $400-800 into? I agree, the ONLY reason to not be posting cloth weights is because there's a change, and that change is likely to be seen by the community here as negative.

The Shetland sweaters have been out for a week and my size is already gone for the nice colours. Le sigh. You need have an alarm set for new drops or you won't get it.

I'm not sure it's the ONLY reason, but it does seem likely. Especially if the question of fabric weight is diverted to an answer about seasons. Reminds me of the trick of calling a small cup of coffee "tall," rather than simply saying "12 ounces." But that would confuse the customers, especially before they're had their morning coffee.
