I watched a bunch of KK, Tom Martin, and Ed Coan deadlift videos before going to the gym today lol

Hahaha. It's the that "ow my traps, ow my face, i feel like i was just punched" feeling.

It might just be because i upped my snatch weight. (24kg) after doing DB Incline presses. I could only do 17 reps on each arm before just giving it up.

Month of gym trolling before I change gym has begun. Will start small, left dumbbells in random places, gonna see if I can sneak some into the bathroom. Gym brahs got a fairly good camera so I might make some videos when the trolling gets better.

Been going to that gym every month for like 1.5 years, given them hundreds of dollars and convinced probably 5 or so people to join as well, always clean up my **** and am polite to the staff. **** reception/ cleaning man has consistently been a **** to me, has some grudge against me. I'm not giving my money to people who treat me like ****, since i have to until the end of the month I'm gonna make his job as hard as I can until I leave.
