Fixed that for me
quote of the fucking year
front lever/ L-sits have transformed that area for me, also is amazing for core
While Good Mornings are primarily a hamstring exercise, I noticed they made a big difference in my lower back
roman chair hyperextensions for me
Not surprising coming from someone who dresses like a female vampire.
oh yeah came across this, don't recall if someone here was having problems with PT, well anyways this'll work
and before you say anything DON'T do this before you lift. more like right before you go to bed.
Didnt Rick Owens himself say if you want to look good regaurdless, workOut.. But he probably meant do Drakes workout of only dumbbell presses
Yeah, someone here told me to change my romanian deadlifts to good mornings and I like them a lot more.
Feels better in the lower back and easier to keep good form with the good mornings.
You guys have a real chip on your shoulder about the SW&D guys. The majority of the comments with regards to knucks posts over there are genuine efforts at constructive criticism. Uncontrol is the only one who's consistently vocal about his disdain for the muscular look.
Just e-stalked the knucks/WAYWT thing.
You are a beast man.
we should all post side profiles of our glutes. who ever wins (has the biggest) gets a internet trophy.
Heavy deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses. Lower back is best thought of as part of the core, with the primary responsibility of locking your spine in place during movement. Like the rest of the core, size and strength in the lower back comes from exercising your ability to hold your spine neutral under increasingly heavier loads. In the same way that the strongest abs come from heavy compound lifts rather than endless crunches, the strongest lower back will come out of these same lifts, rather than focused but relatively smaller load moves like good mornings and romanian deadlifts.
Always enjoy watching the guys at cali strength.
Wtf is john wearing?! Those pants and that deep V
