Be the bigger man, literally and figuratively.

If anything, you're just going to make life harder for the other gym members who want to use the equipment. Are you really that shallow that you'll get some perverse enjoyment out of making other peoples' lives miserable? Perhaps it may be thankless, perhaps you feel slighted, but "making his job as hard as possible" is something spoiled teenagers, uneducated slackjaw rednecks, and angry PMS bitches do. I don't think you fall into any of those categories, so just man up and be responsible. Too many folks dwell on shit in the past that they can't change and put effort into causing more shit rather than just trying to move on. [/rant]

On Friday he called me after I left the gym to bitch at me and tell me to come back to put someone elses weights away and then when I told him to fuck off he said after the month is up I'm not allowed back, I think being a prick to him is somewhat justified.

What's your experience with doing full body workouts (just read about 5x5) vs workout that target specific muscle groups (legs, lower back, abs on monday, chest, tricep, shoulders on wednesday...)?

I'm doing 3-4 day split (working out every other day)

Depends on your goals. And how quickly you can recover.

If you haven't done a dedicated strength training program yet (5x5/Starting Strength) a split isn't going to be all that effective.

However, if you can move decent weight (minimum would probably be a .75 BW OHP, BW bench, 1.25 BW Squat. 1.5 BW Deadlift) a split might work out well for you.

Bit of a high ohp to deadlift ratio, I doubt I could press 75% of my body weight standing, but a 1.5bw dead is nothing.

Shit. I'm not even close to those goals.

I don't like splits because I don't think training a body part once a week is enough frequency. I kind of do a split I suppose except each body part is hit twice a week.

Edit: I think you should squat on deadlift day and bench on press day as assistance.

A little troll is good for people. I wouldn't smear shit on anything, but hiding dumbbells in retarded spots is hilarious. If he's a tiny cardiobro, I'd use the hundies.
