What height did you specify for the collar band? I am also 6'2" with a long neck so this is most definitely of interest to me.

Gee, Luxire. Ordered on Sunday, got a notification that my order is being shipped today. It's only a formal white shirt, so it's my test pilot. But looking forward to ordering more in the future if the fit is right.

Which fabric is this? I was thinking of getting something similar done at one point.

How is that worn? It looks like linen.

    A formal linen bath robe?

Interested to hear what it is now, my take was some oriental inspired business wear, but I like the idea of a formal bath robe. Kind of complementary to formal suit pyjamas.

I thought it was a bathrobe, no way this is worn outside the house - maybe an exhibitionist would.

You might be right but what good is a bathrobe that doesn't properly cover the front and misses half your legs due to that curve its on.

Guys I updated the collar spreadsheet on the previous page, both of those should be on there.

Hey guys, this is my new shirt. All I did was tapered the arms .5 inch laid flat/ 1 inch in circumference. What do you guys think? Click on spoilers for additional pictures.

The fit looks awesome. Well done. Sleeves look a little long to me though. On a sidenote: I don't like the collar. It looks more like a spread collar than a button down. The button's look like an afterthought. There appears to be very little collar roll. Also, something about the pocket placement looks off to me. Not sure what though.

Your chest pocket seems very low, how long are you making your shirts?

In my opinion those sleeves are a good length but are hanging too low due to a cuff circumference that is too big.

    Good catch guys.

The shirt pocket starts below the armpits for some reason, but all my other RTW shirts start the pocket a couple inches above my arm pit hole. I'm not sure why Luxire did that, but I can always request to move the pocket up for my next shirt, no big deal.

It's a simple alteration that a tailor can fix right? It doesn't seem like it's a hard alternation: to move the pocket up a bit.

I'm not really a fan of the fit. The sleeves appear too long and there is not enough taper from elbow to wrist. If you like the feel of a more relaxed fit then I think the sleeves are okay from shoulder to elbow but after that they need to contour better with your forearm. Something about the collar is off. I think it is laying down too much. Take everything I say with a grain of salt though as I prefer a slimmer cut and that might not be your thing.

Oh crap. After seeing that Henry Carter milano spread collar, I just want to pick up a bunch of luxire shirts. Not sure where I should start

This is mine! I hadn't used Luxire before and wanted to use my first order as a bit of a fun experiment - I grabbed the first page I flipped to from my sketch book for clothing and sent it to them in an email with measurements. I wanted a linen trench with a bit of an exaggerated shape to it, almost like a morning coat but very casual. The pictures look very true to my sketch, and I'm mostly just excited to see the quality and enjoy having a garment made to such odd specifications!
