Got my second pair of Genoa chinos in today - (I didnt account for the model pair's combination of thinner fabric and more stretch, so I had the knee and waist measurements adjusted on this pair).

Just posting to say Luxire absolutely nailed all the crazy little requests I made after the order. They came out just perfect, and very fast, as usual. All this is despite this being the only order I've made WITHOUT Seema's assistance.

Does anyone else struggle with getting responses from Luxire both here and via [email protected]? I ordered a few pairs of pants and shirts back in March. They sent one pair of pants and a shirt to test the sizing. The clothes didnt fit properly so as they requested I sent pictures and descriptions of the issues but I hadnt heard since and its been almost two weeks. I have no idea if they are remaking the items or if I need to send them back. It is clear to me I will need to purchase clothes somewhere else for the work event I made the purchase for but I still cant help think this is frustrating?

As you can tell by my last couple of posts, that hasn't been my experience at all. When I did have an issue with a suit jacket a while back, they agreed to pay return shipping and fixed it for me. I've always had good experiences with their customer service (nearly always Seema)

Same. I did a basted fitting on a DB suit and they were very responsive during the whole process. Vimal is handling my suit. It was an amazing fit considering we have never been physically co-located. It's well worth the extra fee.

Well that's promising to hear. Thank you for responding @ppk , @tilesomoole and @Proleet . In fairness, initial responses were quick. It wasn't until we had sizing issues that they seemed to disappear. @luxire can you please help? I sent you a PM on the 4/23.
