7.3 miles yesterday. My legs are still sore from squats on Tuesday since I took some time off before then so it took some time to warm up then I was good to go.

41 miles yesterday. Headed north, leaving a lovely day in the city to find a windy, damp day in Marin. Then another 4 miles going back and forth to an SFBike Energizer Station where I spread the good word about bikes on BTWD

I just finished my longest run in almost two years. A couple of vanlife friends are visiting for a couple of nights, and one is training for a marathon this summer in Alaska, so I ran her long run with her this morning while her husband rode his bike to carry water and such.

The wheels kind of started coming off the bus around mile nine, but I finished 13 miles of mostly gravel, with a few miles of pavement.

Today was 40 min warmup, 6x20 second sprints, and 10 min cooldown.

Tomorrow is 15 min warmup, 6x45 second hill repeats, and 15 min cooldown. I have mentally convinced myself that hill repeats are the secret weapon that will let me break 3 hours for a marathon so even though they are painful, I can pretty consistently go all out during them.

Do You Consider Sustainability When Purchasing Clothes?

  • Always - Sustainability is a top priority in all my clothing purchases.

  • Often - I frequently consider sustainability, but it isn't the main factor in my decisions.

  • Rarely - I seldom consider sustainability when purchasing clothes.

  • Never - Sustainability is not a factor I consider in my clothing choices.
