Yesterday I had an amazingly flavorful herbed tofu, seared over an open flame and served with a barbeque sauce drizzle. Blueberry-apple juice to drink, and an apple caramel cookie for desert.

What made the BBQ combo so memorable was how the spices in the sauce, fries and chipotle ketchup interacted. It was the ketchup that really tied everything together. But I don't eat like that every day. Today was a simple meal of biscuits and bacon, with some apple butter on the side.
