yah, its a good contrast to having the drapey silky lamb leather on. The stiffness gives it a unique character when you move the collar around. Plus, the leather is substantial, and is beautiful....

Great jacket...how much did you end up paying for yours if you don't mind me asking? I've seen some sellers asking some pretty steep prices for a used Rick leather on that model as they deem it 'the best ever'.

the mollino is the only rick i ever considered purchasing. think lane paid ballpark 1100-1300

Yeah, which I think is completely reasonable. Seen some guys over the past few months asking like $1700-$1800 FIRM, couldn't believe it.

$1250 you can buy one from takuya in hammered lamb/dust right now if you want for the same price. That is...if he answers your PMs.

Also, I saw a fw09 mollino oiled calf, probably the best one...for like $1400 on SZ, sellers name was Castor. He told me I could buy it for less too, but it was too big.

Too small for me.............and I'd only get oiled calf aw09 in black. Did you get the crust or the ss10 lighter one? Even then, wouldn't buy one for a few months......summer's here man!
