6 miles yesterday at sub 7 min miles and 7 today at a slower pace...freezin out there...more like March, not May.
6 miles yesterday at sub 7 min miles and 7 today at a slower pace...freezin out there...more like March, not May.
Yesterday started again with 4 miles. Legs not feeling very good, despite some days of rest. Not quite sure how to proceed, but I think I'll need to keep it slow and steady now. Maybe look for some specific exercises that I can do to help. I really need to figure out how to do this better so I can keep enjoying it, otherwise I might be better off doing other types of exercise.
