I believe they have a heavier weight version as well. I suspect this would be comparable to the fox air

when we talk about standeven, we talk about the 310g explorer 2ply high twist
it's the same cloth as dugdale's tropicalair and very similar to hfw's fresco

I like it very much and it's my to go cloth for spring/summer

Has anyone used Drapers gabardine? How does it drape/tailor? It’s lighter than the Minnis but I prefer the colours.

The idea is to have made a suit by a Milanese tailor.

Thank you for sharing this. I love the olive shade on this gabardine. Might even commission a suit in this some time later this year.

Gabardine usually drapes very well as it's densely woven, but I have no experience with this particular one from Drapers. I believe wool gabardine from the Three Kings bunch here are of the same Super 150s quality as their Blazon bunch.

Going to commission a navy hopsack jacket for the summer. Any recommendations for the fabrics? I know there’s the oyster bunch from Harrison’s, but it’s 13 oz. I wonder if that’s too heavy and would look too formal to be a standalone jacket.

Oyster is a workhorse that will normally hold you through cooler months. I'd want something very different for the summer.

Anyone has a photo of, and possibly any thoughts on, the latest version of the Prince tweed from LL?

Photo posted of jacket in the works. Looks like most of the others, perhaps richer in color. And we'll see how the new lambswool quality holds up as suiting, but it should be a pleasant thing for relaxed weekend outings.

Going to be in a hot and humid country so I was leaning towards linens and tropical bunches
