Rambo, what city and state are you in? Do you want a local source or will you ship the Cartier for the work?
Depends on your location for sure, but in my point of view, go to the official service always is better.
The Junghans probably has a Valjoux 7750 movement, the Cartier prob. has some sort of ETA (2892-2?). Both are fairly standard movements, just refinished/dressed up slightly. Any proper watch repair guy should know these well. If the Cartier movement is completely f@{ked, I don't think $750 is that much - maybe you should get it checked by an independent watch repair guy first?

Ive posted this watch before but I just picked up a new strap for it the other day. The strap looks less purple in real life.
Got my new cufflinks in so had to snap a quick picture
