The wash looks perfect to me. Clean enough to work nicely with black smooth calf boots. They look great here, Sirgrotius would you say this picture gives an accurate idea of the wash:



I like the t-shirt too, as well as the reddish striped version that looks similar to the thin striped 13 FW pocket t which was very nice. Men's t-shirt selection is a bit poor at the moment though.

A youth's interpretation of their different subcultures. I guess E-girls would be into men's ss21. I'm curious how Hedi will style fw21 women's. Will it be darker to match men's, or go another direction so that girls who liked men's fw21 can just wear men's fw21 instead of having another collection showing similar themes.

The Saint Laurent style juxtaposed against the Celine style feels like the story of greasers vs socs

The Socs and the Greasers are two distinct groups in this community who do not get along. The Socs are described by Ponyboy as “the jet- set, the West-side rich kids”(2). The Greasers, on the other hand, are poorer than the Socs. They are also more wild and wear their hair long and greased back.

Kieran - yes, that's a good picture, too. You can see how it captures more of the clean blue feel with a touch more white than yellow tint. I find it freshens up a lot of looks compared to most of my staples.

Yeah I think that's what I like about them. Makes them a better fit with black boots than other blue denim I feel. Just need to make a decision on the fit, skinny or slim.

Does anyone know if all the slim denim tapers at the bottom down to a skinny hem like the raw black slim? Not a fan of that fit at all.

Adam I think you're spot on, they're very much a true blue lighter shade of denim. I don't sense a ton of green/yellow in them, as I have in my SLPs of a similar vein.
