Finally got around to wearing the Navy dress shirt today. Wasn't too sure about a dark shirt but it actually looks really nice in person. I regret not getting the same in the twill fabric.

But when I got to work I noticed these white spots on the cuff. Tried to rub them off but it looks like it's discolouration. Can't see my back right now so I hope there aren't anymore spots... Lol

Anyone know what the sizing was like on last years sweaters? Trying to cash in on the final sale pricing. We’re they larger than this seasons? I’m usually a large in s and p but a medium in most other brands.

What’s good, fellas? I’m officially a YouTuber as my first video just went live at 10:00 AM. There may or may not have been some S&M pieces involved. Y’all can check it out here:

Very well done! I love that grey suit. May I ask where it’s from?

Any idea when there will be a re stock of size 48 jackets? I haven’t delved into S&M sport coats yet but I am in the market.

Stupid question that I hope people know: if I have an 15.5 RTW slim shirt with no stated sleeve length, the sleeve length was 35.

But with the new shirts that have specific sleeve lengths, the 15.5x35 would measure 35.5?

Bump, anyone know? I feel that the current 15.5x35 is actually 35.5

I asked this same question before lol. Didn't get a reply. Guess it really was a stupid question?

Anyway. The answer is yes. 15.5" is 35" sleeve - so order your collar size and the correct sleeve length.

People are on StyleForum for 1) advice, 2) validation, or 3) inspiration. Telling someone to "wear what they" want is laughably unhelpful in all regards. It's like telling someone, "Sure, it's your body, your life; smoke all the cigarettes you want!"

I'm on StyleForum for none of these reasons.

In the movie O'Mast, a documentary on Neapolitan tailoring that I use as a reference many a time, one of the tailors featured was talking about a client of his that had selected a fabric for a suit to which the tailor talked him out of for not being the 'right fabric' for his shape. I have a different approach. I'm an extremely picky person and I know my tastes are different, so as long as I can get something that's impeccably tailored, I'm happy. That's my contribution.

I've had guys pick out hideous (my opinion) fabrics for suits or sport coats, but I understand fully that people have their own individual tastes that reflect their character. When a person shows excitement about something they see, it's not up to me to say it's not for them. Instead, I give them honest style advice on how, when and where to wear the fabrics they've chosen. Half the time, once a picture is painted in their head, they'll opt for an option a bit more versatile; and the other half the time, they are persistent with the fabric that originally stood out to them.

I exist not just to make a suit fit properly, but the majority of my expertise lies in recommendations and solutions.

...says the guy about to order a burnt orange double breasted pinstripe fresco suit and a bright yellow worsted sport coat.
