Any plans for chore coats or over shirts for spring? Holding off on a shirt purchase just in case. Thanks!
UNIFORM LA CHILLICOTHE WORK JACKET Drop, going on right now.
Uniform LA's Chillicothe Work Jacket is an elevated take on the classic Detroit Work Jacket. Made of ultra-premium 14-ounce Japanese canvas, it has been meticulously washed and hand distressed to replicate vintage workwear that’s been worn for years, and available in three colors.
This just dropped today. If you missed out on the preorder, there are some sizes left, but they won't be around for long. Check out the remaining stock here

I believe Chore Coats should be coming this seasonAny plans for chore coats or over shirts for spring? Holding off on a shirt purchase just in case. Thanks!
When do you get to wear all of these f/w items? You’re somewhere where there are palm trees if I recall, no? Kudos to you for being able fit them in, regardless. Nice coat!Just received charcoal grey peacoat. Very nice but thinking blue is a lot more versatile.

I haven’t actually visited that location, Ive strictly used the Lexington Ave location (on the corner of 40th st). I would trust them to work on the things you’ve listed, fairly straightforward alterations so shouldn’t be a problem. I also think the quality from location to location should be uniform since they’ve multiple locations throughout the city.Is this the place you are thinking of? 700 Madison Ave Fl. 4, New York, NY 10065
Would you trust Alteration specialists to touch up a jacket? I think I would need to adjust the sleeve length, length of jacket, and maybe a bit of the chest as well.
Indeed, I live in Fort Lauderdale and it's likely will never wear the peacoat here. 2 of our 3 kids live in DC so we go often. When do you get to wear all of these f/w items? You’re somewhere where there are palm trees if I recall, no? Kudos to you for being able fit them in, regardless. Nice coat!
Thank you. Just to confirm, S&M is slimmer in the body than SuSu?
The grey one is a pretty traditional herringbone tweed. They've done a few similar ones in the past, but none currently. Since we're moving into the SS season, you won't see any until fall at the earliest. They have several good MTO options, though. The closest match is probably the gray herringbone Harris tweed (fabric SKU: HMS-520153-MTO-J). This might actually be an exact match, as I believe that Drake's jacket also used Harris tweed. Very warm and heavy fabric, though.
I'm not sure what exactly the navy fabric is. Probably some sort of heavy tweed, likely Harris. I can't find any solid navy Harris tweeds in S&M's MTO selection, but any heavy tweed or flannel fabric will look very similar. They have a few heavy flannels from Minnis.
I know quite a few people, including myself, requested another run of the copper linen/silk fabric. Well looks like the trousers are up, but they don't show up under new arrivals or the preview page. The stone coverts in my size sold out so fast, I was not going to let that happen with these.

Wow! Amazing, thank you so much for this info!
Hi all, is a sportcoat like THIS something I would need to have custom made at SM? I'm unsure as to exactly what kind of fabric is going on there.
They also have this navy RTW option currently, but it isn't as beefy looking as the Drake's jacket, and not as heavily textured either.
