Does the cotton/linen shirt shrinks in length like the oxford? I hope to wear it as a casual shirt with shorts

Few questions regarding shirts. I have a number of shirts that after laundering seem very short, so short that the can only be worn untucked. Is this common with the brand?
Another question, I see that sometimes on the site they have an item listed as "limited stock" and it can not be ordered, is there any way to inquire on these shirts and possibly get lucky?

Thanks for the help!

First impressions on the lightweight oxford shirts.

It's a lot lighter and cooler wearing than the regular OCBD but it has a lot more sheen (especially the white) which makes it look like a button-down poplin shirt from distance. I'm hoping this improves with a wash because it's a bit awkward to pair with chinos in a very casual outfit without a jacket.

A OCBD at this weight that retains the casual texture and hearty feel is probably too good to be true.

@abantigen Any update on this? I haven't washed any of mine yet, but was looking to pick up the white one....

Glad I waited a few days for my purchase. Light blue oxford restocked in my size and 15 off each shirt! Now fingers crossed on OOS email.

I didn't notice any shrinkage in the cotton/linen washed on cold, hung dry, then ironed.

Has anyone else noticed some newer shirts have a bigger cuff opening? Previous shirts would not fit over a dive watch and now they do no problem. I really like this change as the button placement on older shirts did not allow for movement making the opening a little bigger.

Damn there is a good ass deal on shirts right now...and I just brought 3 like last week : (

$15 off any regular priced shirts (no bundle/code needed)
Additional 10% off when you buy 3 or more (Code: Shirt10)

Same here. Well, technically I ordered them two weeks ago, but it took around 10 days of going back and forth because so many of them were out of stock...

Quick question since my neck has gotten fatter...

I'm sizing up from 15.5 to 16.

If I take 35 in sleeve length on the 15.5 shirts, should I take 35 in the 16 shirts or size down to 34 to accommodate the wider shoulder on the 16?

Got the tux in, it’s beautiful. The fabric leans on the navy side (as opposed to the “midnight navy that’s actually black but with a fancy name” shade of midnight navy), but I think it’s still black tie appropriate. The pants do have belt loops, so without the satin stripe, they’re effectively suit pants. I’m going to have the loops removed and brace buttons added when getting them altered (might also see how expensive/if it’s possible to add satin stripes to the legs- that’s a design choice I’m confused about). The only other hangup I have is that I think the buttonhole is slightly too small for the satin-covered button, we’ll see if that’s a long term problem.

And no, I won’t be wearing this with an aloha shirt. Ever.
