Think of it as an exercise in self-confidence. If you can take a WAYWT in public and truly not give a **** what other people think, you won't choke when you see Nikki Whelan sitting at the bar by herself.

That picture would have been better without the editorial misstep.

Also, theres a lightswitch lodged under your sternum.

+1, The rolled sleves and untucked shirt with a skinny tie and top shirt button done just isnt doing it for me. Far too high contrast in styles. Either tuck the shirt or lose the tie and top button.

jskiss- i think it looks solid on a blog and in a photo context but i'm pretty sure if it was just hanging out at a bar or walking by me on the street, i'd prob roll my eyes a little. I know it's because it's a little "too simple" with just a button up that you added the tie to the jeans and bucks (the jcrewbucks look solid there) but if you have to have it more interesting than that simple of a fit, look into a pattern with nice colors or light jacket instead. It doesn't look terrible or anything, just kinda predictable hipster kid or try hard to me (and coming from someone who dresses a little hipsterish at times). I like most your stuff but i'm just picking nits because i'm bored/kindadrunk. Take care, mang bwong guy- Not my thang necessarily, but looks solid for the look you're going to since the fades are and jeans fit solid. For that kinda look i'd lose the supervisible black undershirt though. pink panzer- here's looking at you

^^That look was the definition of "try hard, fail hard". Hipster alá 2001 concept + americana bucks.
