what did that run you if you don’t mind me asking?
I'm actually unsure about the costs as I ordered some other stuff as well but, if I remember correctly it was more or less in line with the prices of other jackets and trousers offered by Luxire on its webshop. I assume it's best to just send an e-mail to customer service, that's what I did when I asked about chalkstripe fabrics. I was told that they have the option to source fabrics from suppliers in case there's nothing in the webshop (in my case I was looking for a pin stripe or chalk stripe fabric), and I opted for VBC. The entire process was very straightforward and done with three e-mails or so. I'll certainly use this option more often...

@luxire Any plans or possibility to add any of the following:

-dark green linen for pants (summer weight)
-more pique/polo shirt fabrics (e.g dark green, dark purple)

Global e-commerce demands a world without borders, or atleast without customs duties.

We have solved this problem for EU customers though. They can order from the Luxire.de website and we take care of everything.
Will you add suits to the .de-website anytime soon? Using the .de-website is much more convenient and I am considering a suit…

I recently commissioned an overcoat and I thought I would share.

The overcoat fabric is EThomas Storm Elements Dark Brown Twill; it is light and thin at 9.6oz for an overcoat, but I was interested in the water resistance (100%) because I often forget my umbrella. Wool super merino and cashmere blends are also my jam and I live in a climate where winters are mild making this fabric a good choice for my needs. While discussing the style elements of the overcoat with Luxire, I also requested an inner lining in Modrone 6-Wale Brown Corduroy. I ordered a pair of pants in this corduroy last year and kind of fell in love, I have since commissioned several garments in it and couldn't help adding it to this coat.

As you can probably tell from the photos, Luxire of course crushed my request and then some. The blend fabric is light, but warm and the corduroy makes me feel like I'm royalty when I'm walking around. I would rate this overcoat a 10/10, but in taking these photos I discovered Luxire managed to work in handwarmer pockets into the pocket design without me even realizing, so I'm bumping my review to 11/10.

The jackets section does have some suits. Will be adding more in the near future.

Received my first shirt from Luxire today with an M&S-style collar and am quite impressed. However, one thing I am puzzled by is the excess back collar height.

Whereas the back collar band height is 1.5in (as specified), the back collar height is a whopping 2.5in, so when folded down it swims past the collar band base. My understanding is back collar height is typically 0.25-0.5in longer than collar base (as on my M&S shirts) but curious about others' thoughts? @luxire wondering if this is something that can be adjusted/specified?

@luxire Do you have various choices in cream wool trousers? I've found only one, a Dugsdale Fine Worsted. You said a lot of the products are buried in the website. When I search now, it seems I can't find as many products as I have before. Thanks.

Feel free to kindly share your button down shirts with generous and nice collar rolls.

- Which collar did you choose and what are the measurments (collar point length + spread).

Edit: Maybe even @luxire can post some BD-shirts they have made with great collars.

:)
