2, mostly off road with a steep climb and a few low branches. Did it in 20 minutes which was good considering I felt dead for most of it.

3.75. Felt crappy, but decently quick. May try to get back out later today and get another couple in.

11 last night with 6 at a good clip, although I left the watch at home. Felt like at least 6:15 pace. Last three were on the treadmill because I am helping take care of a friends dog and had to watch it while I ran. Made me think that it would be nice to have a dog that could put in mileage.
Will get out for a shorter run today before headed to a ski hill tomorrow for a training run at altitude. Looks to be a brutal track - 8 miles straight up from 6000 to 10000 feet then back down.
*got out for just over 10 very easy.

Great run today - 14 miler up 4000 feet (from 6k to 10k elevation).
Pace was slow, but the run was to the highest peak in the area, so it was cool to pass a bunch of geared up hikers on the way to the summit. Here is the UP:

and the down:

With the warm up and cool down I think it was closer to 15/15.5.
Should be about 80 miles for the week.

What app are you using to capture these splits, etc?

Ah - the Garmin application mygarminconnect.com it hooks up to my GPS watch. HOWEVER, the best way to map routes without this, and what I use when my watch is dead is www.gmap-pedometer.com
Does not have any advertisements and gives you elevation/rough calculations of calories burned. It is a hack of google maps, and it is pretty damn precise.
Also though, if you want a GPS watch, REI was just having a sale on the forerunner 110 (the watch I use) for 135. Worth a look.
