Is that jacket solaro?
Today, bordering on primary colours. Trousers are a navy houndstooth brushed wool with a flannel-like texture.

Solaro is a kind of fabric woven with different color warp and weft so that it can create a sort of color changing effect.
Whoops. There's is definitely some colour variation. Predominantly a wheat/tan colour with some coppery elements. Not quite as pronounced as the close up you linked to.

Colour looks a bit different under fluorescent lighting, but I think you can see the details better.
It may be a solaro-style fabric, but it is not solaro. Proper solaro is only 11oz and only available in the tan/red combination. It could also just be a relatively generic tan/brown herringbone. Nothing wrong with that.
