Picked these up 2nd-hand. The exceptional quality of these shoes is obvious when you put them on, but I think I'm still working out my proper fit.
Both pair I have are 10D, and may be a bit big everywhere but in the instep, where they are tight.
I think 9.5E may be my size.
I'm going to break them in a bit and see if I still think so.

That’s great news. Any idea how long it will be? Any plans for suede Ottawa?

A suede Ottawa would push me right over the edge , wouldn't have a choice in the matter, lol.

We have already penciled in Bourbon Suede Ottawas and Diesel boots for this fall. A delivery date is tough to pinpoint but shooting for August/September.

For the couple of us who may already have Bourbon suede Diesel and Ottawa boots, what about a light suede color as well, kind of sand or taupe.

This hasn't been mentioned on the thread lately but we see a lot of emails asking what the true color of Dune CXL is because there is a large variance in photos online. Most seem to want a lighter version, vs some of the worn photos online showing a darkened dune color. We were shipping this pair today and noticed it was a darker pair and wanted to share it here. We rarely see dune darker than this. In most cases we will apply some neutral cream and brush the upper which can give a brighter appearance.

My Dune PTB's were a bit lighter than that when I got them, but boots were either just like that or maybe a touch darker. Boots (Ottawa) are getting much darker on the shaft, and look great that way. Perhaps people are looking for a shoe/boot in a more Natty CXL color. I happen to think that Dune is an awesome footwear color, and seems to age beautifully. Carry on!

That's pretty close to my Dune longwings I think

I love Dune because it has so much of the appeal and uniqueness of natty CXL with the versatility of Brown.

Thanks for the feedback. Dune also has a tendency to have highs and lows throughout (like your Ottawa audog) and this can surprise people when opening the box for the first time. The PTB has a lot of contrast on the vamp which is what caught my eye initially. Definitely not a mundane leather.

I happen to love the highs/lows, especially on a boot. Adds interest and visual appeal.
