It is listed as Karan grain on Carminas website. I chose it for the colour, not knowing the difference between Karan and Zug.

Carmina still hasn't shipped by order from BF. Am I the only one?

Yup still waiting on word for this. Mine was an RTW order as well, so I guess theyre just really backed up trying to meet the Customization launch sale demand.

Just received shipping notification after numerous emails and I am POSITIVE they did not include the belt as per the BF promotion. Legitimately the only reason I went with them over Skoaktie.

To add insult to injury, while they are sending to my office, they used my girlfriend's name as she was the one who purchased it as a birthday gift to me. Now I need to explain to my mailroom lest it gets rejected/refused (note that I live in Philly and regularly have things sent to the office to ensure nothing gets stolen from my front door)

Truly absurd CS as of late.

Yeah the belt was the whole deal (plus other goodies). Hopefully all is included but perhaps they'll ship the belt/trees/pad/cover separately.

Might I ask, did you have a place to enter your belt size? Because I surely did not.

I was emailing this past week and they told me the delay was because of a holiday in Spain only the holiday was Tues/Thurs. Why my order was not shipped Friday is beyond me but to now see a wrong addressed name just complicates things further.

I should have just gone with Skoaktie as the shoes were needed for an event this Friday. Should have known that ordering shoes 20 days in advance was not enough lead time...

I recall reading instructions at the time to enter my belt size in the Order Comments, so I did so.

I just glanced at the BF email sent out and that indicated the same.

Yeah that's unfortunate, hope it works out anyway.

Ah, gonna add to the email chain I have with them now. Thanks for the heads up.

Hey guys, quick question. Do any of you have a pic of where your toes are inside the shoe in the Rain, Inca or Uetam last?
Respectfully, how do you get a pic of where one's toes are?
Also, keep in mind that the toe isn't the only indicator of fit. The ball of the foot is, as well as a few other points of reference.

X-ray machine obviously....

On a more serious note I think the best one can do is take a picture of said shoe and use some sort of software to outline where their feet extend out to.
