Interesting. Might be something to look into.
As an aside, I know some of the Phillips, they are nice people. (Don't care for their distillations much though.

I've had it at the Stone Brewery - wish they had one of those in every city.
I've been eyeing the Tumbler - how does it compare with Newcastle?
