The best cellar so far was in West Virginia part of the Bloch Brothers tobacco dynasty,
next best was in Minneapolis for the Jay and Rose Phillips ( Phillips Liquor) estate.

There is a handful of bottles I'm still debating about opening.

Interesting. Might be something to look into.

As an aside, I know some of the Phillips, they are nice people. (Don't care for their distillations much though.

Nothing too crazy, just a dark roast from the gas station down the street. Something went wrong with our Zojirushi, and I've been able to get better coffee from a convenience store.
