What brands manufacture the lightest cotton trousers, pants, in the market?

I´m looking for a brand that makes very light pants for the heat of summer. Extra light cotton.

What number should I be looking for, I mean weight per square meter?
The name of the kind of fabric that I should be after? Is poplin the name of that fabric?

Is there a brand that makes trousers without any pockets nor belt loops? That would save a lot of unnecessary weight, and heat.

You could have some custom made, or you could get seersucker pants or lightweight khakis. I have some seersucker from Vineyard Vines and lightweight khakis from JCrew, neither of which broke the bank.

good comments but do you know of any brand that makes trousers without any pockets nor belt loops?
cotton because I don´t like to take care of wrinkles.

Have you had custom made pants of this characteristics? no pockets, no belt loops?

Pants without belt loops and pockets are simply not going to exist off the rack.

I respectfully submit to you that you are barking up the wrong tree. Pants are going to look absurd without any pockets. As a matter of fact they are probably going to look pretty feminine when you remove all of the pockets. And nothing wrinkles like lightweight cotton. Anything made in this manner are more than likely going to look more like pajamas than like pants you'd actually wear in public.

Do a google image search for 'drawstring gauze pants' these are the closest thing to what you seek - good luck with it! :D

Jeromestyle,

You are clearly either actually stupid or pretending to be in order to mess with us. I note you are also insisting on carrying a hand mirror in another thread.

Welcome to my 'block list' my man.
