This watch has the 3.96 which I think is the less sophisticated cousin of 1.96 in the sense that it does not have the Geneva seal and the breguet overcoil. The 1.96 can only be found in watches with gold cases and those are substantially more expensive.

I paid around 5000 USD for this in HK and am very happy to get a watch of this finishing in that price.
