Went to the sale on the first day and picked up just one jacket

Peeled off the sale sticker and looks like it's an AW24 sample of the chore - is this right, or has something like this been made before?

Agreed with comments that it was manic (although meant you could get in a lot faster too, I was around 50th in queue and got in after 15 mins)

Selection definitely not as great as previous sales, and prices as mentioned above were also steeper

Did they offer any additional discount today?

Strange question, but did they have any of their black leather Chelsea boots at the sale? They’re not a typical popular Drake’s item so it may have gone under radar. I’m hoping they make a reappearance at the next online archive sale as I should have picked them up earlier this year.

Yes, the 'Hancock' model. Had full sizes at the start of the sale in the snuff suede, chocolate suede and black calf(?).

£275 - not on the price list because they were a late addition apparently.

No linen chores. Some lightweight blazers but in unappealing fabrics. I saw a number of St John chores, the terry towelling cloth chores and casentino ones in orange but that was it.

Oh gosh! I don’t know! I didn’t look at the price list. It was taped to a wall. It was so busy and not a great atmosphere and so I just walked somewhat briskly up and down the aisles and left!

I kinda wished that I hadn’t bought my blue fleece at full price though seeing as there were hundreds there. Though I was glad to have returned the buffalo check one I tried seeing as there were hundreds of those there as well! But that’s the danger with going to these archive sales isn’t it I guess - they can be great if you find a bargain but not so great if that bargain is something you splurged on only a couple of months ago!

Do I take my crosby boot sizing for the canal loafers? So for example, if I am a uk8 in crosby boot, go uk8 in canal loafer?
