Have only worn a couple of times, but yes, very comfortable (more immediately so than the calf leather shoes Cleverley have made for me).

winot, did you choose purple lining? I do have to commend you for going with a rounded derby, far too few choose these softer lines on derbies. They make a world of difference.

I can take credit for choosing the purple lining and the suede colour, but the rest was Cleverley's design.

Hi all,

Just wanted to share my first two pairs of Januszkiewicz!

They look much better in the flesh, so to speak. They are very comfortable, the burgundy chukka is a work of art.

I'd recommend anyone able to go to Warsaw order shoes with TJ, he's also a really nice old man, and a war hero to boot!

I'd like to thank Roman, Bartek and Daminan for all their help translating.

I apologise for my legs! It's a 27C heatwave in Bulgaria and the pics are made for these posts.

Thanks again

Alex

Wondeful pieces of mastercraft !
I like the roughness of the suede.
Bespoke shoemaking seems to keep people in formidable shape. 87 years old, amazing !
Wear in good health.

X-Post from the JL thread.....

A fascinating pair of JLP Bespoke recently showed up on a Japanese auction

Phillip II style oxfords with Pointed Toes. In mint condition.... buyers remorse, I suppose.
