A few recent things...

Their shop is closed until further notice, but Melanzana had a lottery for purchasing online. I won the other day. These just came today. Not a thrift, but $8.50 for shipping is a whole lot cheaper than driving up there.

First week of thrifts and bins open in my town. Kind of a let down. I think they are trying to get rid of the leftovers first.

Never found Acne before. I doubt it's current, but fits like a mofo (more like a 36S to 38S). Pique looking stitching and working cuffs. Wondered if it was woman's, but pretty sure it's dude's.

For $8, I'll take it out for a spin... Just need a place to go first. Lol!

I wish. Nah, they were at a good old fashioned estate sale that wasn't advertised online. We saw the sign on the way to dinner and somehow convinced my wife to stop since we had a little extra time. I was banking on the place being cleaned out since it was about a half hour until they closed, but it turns out they didn't do any advertising besides some signs around the neighborhood, so these were sitting back on a shelf caked in about 2" of dust with a slight dusting of mice turds on the turntable for good measure.

Hah, this year has been an anomaly. I usually find maybe one or two good pieces a year at best. I hope these keep coming all year.

Took some time last night and gave it al little TLC. It cleans up nice.

First Post Here. I stumbled upon this thread while frantically googling for authenticity at a Value Village. I've been lurking for awhile and mooching (profiting) off y'alls insane depth of knowledge. So here's a contribution from my past week or so. Just a few of the stacks and stacks of stuff. The Covid Cleanup has done well around these parts. Scarf was sitting nearly alone in a bin for the high price of $2.19/lb. The tie is pre 1970s and $1.99! The Hat is vintage Beaver Brand, super high quality felt, and a striking resemblance to Indiana Jones; if it fit me there's no way I'd sell it! Anyways, thanks again for the thrift-spiration.

These are some of my top notch favorite finds, since I'm an espresso addict and huge home cook. True thrift store finds! Every piece there is All Clad, and I use the La Pavoni about 3-4 times per day (my heart is doing fine, thank you).
