I want to guess something fun for spoo’s haul but I’m gonna go with 45 Brioni dress shirts.

Huge community yard sale, had to be over 100. I hit perhaps 40. I met so many people and found some things Id been wanting but never took the effort to procure. Best was the old German guy who did wooodworking and lured you to the back yard with polka music and signs. (It sounds creepy but wasnt). Some cast iron snare drum rims Ive been wanting were the best. Ive played tennis for about 45 years and never bothered to get one of these ball baskets. Nice shoe tree and some knitting needles for my Mom. View attachment 1032880 View attachment 1032881 View attachment 1032882 View attachment 1032883
I picked up two of those baskets at a thrift last week for $5 each. It's the only time that I have ever seen them at a thrift store. They certainly save the ol' back.

Same for me, perhaps its time for someone to start a Part III thread.

@LA Guy this thread only is in super lag mode when opening up, or clicking on a new page. Too many photos? Should I start part III?

PS - Im trying to upload my pics from the haul but the thread too slow :/

got mine for $2 from a cool french guy. My back is pretty good but I used them during drills and lessons as a kid and in college. It certainly helps doing repetition drills...

@SpooPoker - yeah, it's definitely advisable to start a new part. With this volume of photos, once every so long (maybe a year) is probably a good idea going forward.

Cheers,

Fok.

I have a pure vicuna overcoat made by hickey freeman. It dates to 1980. Perfect condition. I’d like to sell it. I am wondering how much I should ask for it, and where I should try selling it. In the photo it looks a little wrinkled, but that’s because it was jammed in my closet for years. Any recommendations are welcome.
Many thanks.
