I don't know man, looks like a weeks worth of penicillin... at least.

Wes does love the vintage stuff…. you know, standards were different in the 70s.

I never get a chance to go out anymore, but did manage a five minute stop on Saturday. Snagged this peak lapel dual vent piece of goodness. My size, not available.

Lots today, fun stuff was:

RL floral Yarmouth shirt

Balmain Paris tie, haven't seen this yet.

BB Clark India Madras pants

and the usual suspects that frequently get posted. No shoes or belts though.

Off topic: Can someone recommend a good book, please? Prefer fiction, but I did just read Unbroken and liked it (also liked Seabiscuit, which was same author).

kthanks.

As you were.

Edit:

Try the Black Company books if you're up for a little fantasy.

Some finds from last week:

Coppley/Zegna Cloth

Are these pants anything? The store had them paired with the above jacket as a suit and I couldn't buy them separately.

1950s Black/Blue Flecked Suit

1950s Overcoat from Lazarus, the famed Columbus department store. This thing is seriously nice, super heavy and feels like it was made yesterday.

Finally, this incredible, absurd 1970s western suit complete with bellbottoms.

Regarding books, Bringing Home the Birkin is a surprisingly good read and anyone on this thread can relate to it. Not taking credit for saw it recommended by the Spoomeister ages ago and ran across it later.

Thrift fit. Surprisingly made by a local high-end custom clothier. Did not cop. Almost bought it as a gag gift but have no idea who I'd give it to.
