Hedi has "designed" furniture in the past. He called it the F System.

I'm sure his work is heavily inspired and not original. But that's sort of been a theme of Hedi's. Taking what others have done and giving his own spin on it.

I wonder why he didn't "design" his own wood furniture pieces for his Saint Laurent store concept. I guess wood is warmer and more in line with his Celine than his Saint Laurent.

A good mix of brutalism and Rietwelt.
The man has good taste you can't take that from him.
The perfume shop in Paris is furnished with very interesting pieces, beautiful brutalist milking stools for example.

His LA apartment Looked very nicely furnished. All mid century modern, le Corbusier etc. His taste really seems to have improved with age looking at those old furniture designs from him, I doubt he'd do those today.

I received the union wash slim jeans yesterday. Unfortunately I had to return them. They taper in significantly at the bottom. They'd look really good if I was an inch or two taller so they'd have no break (I'm 183 and inseam was 31 or so in size 31), but they can't be hemmed retaining the original hem and shape because of the taper. They're also a size smaller than my black or union wash skinny.
