Not sure when they were released, but I was on the website to order them about 3 hours after Hisheirness23 shared pictures of them, and they sold out in my size.

I am not sure if Brogue will be making another run of those Navy Nubuck Loafers. Mack told me that that Nubuck was found at Alden as New Old Stock (NOS) and they also made a Chukka boot out of that material. B+M is also be doing a Navy Nubuck Loafer:
