I also have them and really like them. I hope to buy the other colors as well. The weight of them feels much greater than the Buzz Ricksons I have.

How do the shorts compare to the pants?

They're the same material. And pretty sure the pattern is the same too except shorts. Don't have the pants though I have way too many pants lol.

I am not the biggest chino shorts fan so it's the kind of thing I would need to try on in person instead of blindly order from japan.

I love their climbers shorts and have them in all 3 colors.
