Started my lift far too soon after lunch...uuugh.

Ate a late lunch today and have to go to a banquet type of thing in a little bit so I couldn't wait as long as I'd like before having my lift. Started out with heavy (for me) deadlifts. Not a good idea. Want to vomit but then I'd have wasted my protein shake...

I've recently had to cancel 2 deadlift sessions, due to my previous meal wanting to come up for a rematch. It's not as if I've just eaten either. Makes me think that I must be doing something wrong. I have yet to experience explosive, tsunami like movements from any other orifice - but have heard that the back-blast, can knock a 220 lb man more than 30 feet. Lear

I've done squats a few times too soon after eating and I've definitely gotten light-headed. Nearly fainted.
