Honestly I didn't like the cardigan blazer. Fall2011 was pretty good once I got the chance to see it in person. The two-tone blazer blackbird stocked was very nice and the nubuck jacket at Barneys/ssense was dreamy. Really like the reverse sweatshirts and the bomber at Aloha Rag.

Interesting comments - unfortunately I didn't get to see much of the collection in person this year, as Nomad didn't get in anything for Fall.

Reverse sweatshirts were cool, agreed. Though not something I'd cop as I've already got 4 Geller sweatshirts.

The jeans have different fits so it's important to be clear on which one you're talking about. I really like the 'slim' jeans fit. I'm referring to the one with polyurethane but not the super skin tight one. It's got a taper and is tight in the thigh but isn't his skinniest cut (7" hem). I'm quite skinny though so for bigger people it might not be the best choice. The really skinny cut just seems way too tight to me and not flattering on anyone.

What's the roomiest fit? A 7" hem tends to still be a bit too tight for me, and that's the least-skinny fit I've actually tried. At Assembly NY I did see a pair of five-pocket pants with a slightly wider leg opening (probably 7.5" or so) that still had a slim fit, but I don't think they were actually denim. Also, this is just a pet peeve of mine, but I hate when expensive jeans have exposed rivets on the back pockets. (Like these: http://www.barneys.com/Skinny-Jean/501444674,default,pd.html?cgid=MENS05#). Cover that **** up.

You mean like these? http://blackbirdballard.com/Robert_Geller_5_Pocket_Skinny_Jean_Olive_21110.html

I have a pair and find them to not be that slim. They actually have less of a taper than I was hoping for. More of a straight leg.

Those look more my speed, though the description says they have a 7" hem. It doesn't really matter to me anyway though since I have all the jeans I need at the moment. Though an olive pair would be kinda cool...

I really like the mesh used throughout spring 2012, in the undershirts and in the scarves. I guess that was reason the for the big chain-link fence you can see on the right.

Here's a (slightly) better shot of the CP/Geller footwear for spring 2012. It's apparently an algonquin-toe shoe with a wedge heel. I see these being the subject of a lot of "that's ugly/no, it's cool" talk on the forum.

I know I saw some close ups somewhere a while back, might be in one of the links in the first post? But you're definitely right about that, though I don't see many people favoring them.... I am cool with the long toe seam from fw11 but I cannot get down with moc stitching + split toe. I don't even like anything with moc stitching at this point so they're way out for me. I know its something he's done in the past though.
On the other hand, I will admit I like the soles.

Thanks, man. I'm not going to risk buying them on final sale though.

Here are a couple more pics. I'm not really feeling the moc + split toe either.

^But you don't wear denim! Maybe it could be "Romantic Europe meets NYC by way of a Japanese factory." But that is very long.
